While touring in Vietnam, our group carried along an inside joke that we would say "So Rice" instead of "So Nice"! It was funny...and appropriate! I mean, no matter where you look or what you eat in Vietnam, rice is present. It's everywhere...it's like Vietnam is one big lovely beautiful rice farm! And it's So RICE!
